Abstract submission

Abstract submission for BSIR 2025 has ended with a record-breaking 199 submitted abstracts. A warm thank all submitting authors!

Notifications about acceptance or rejection have been sent out. If you have any questions, please contact us at scientific@bsirmeeting.org.

All presenting authors of oral and poster presentations are expected to register for and attend BSIR 2025. Poster presenters need to complete and pay their registration by October 27th, otherwise the poster will be withdrawn from the programme of BSIR 2025. Costs associated with the submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibility of the presenter.

Poster Awards

The winners of the Poster Awards will be selected by the BSIR Scientific Programme Committee

All winners of poster awards will

  • receive an invitation to present their poster in the Poster Prizes session at BSIR 2025
  • receive a certificate
  • receive a prize – a £50 Amazon Voucher

Best Scientific Paper Presentation Awards

The best scientific paper presenters will be selected during BSIR 2025. Presenters can win in the following categories:

  • Best Overall Presentation
  • Best Trainee Presentation
  • Best Juniors Presentation
  • Robert Bardsley Award

The winners will

  • receive a certificate
  • receive a prize – of up to £750 reimbursement of expenses for attendance at an IR meeting, subject to BSIR approval.

Publication in CVIR
