Registration needs to be accompanied by the confirmation form, stamped and signed by the head of department.
Registration as a medical student/Foundation Doctor needs to be accompanied by the student confirmation form.
Fee includes:
- BSIR 2025 onsite & on-demand
- CPD accreditation for the live event & on-demand
- Meeting badge and bag
Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by BSIR by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the indicated deadline, the respective next higher fee shall be due.

Please take note that this registration is exclusively for the onsite event only and is not linked to any membership status. An early registration fee is available at £ 710 until 11 September 2025, thereafter the fee of £ 765 applies.
Sponsorship via Trust
If you receive sponsorship from your trust contributing to or paying in full your registration fees, please continue with purchasing the applicable registration fee type and retrospectively request reimbursement with your trust directly.
Billing details (invoicing address) will be required during the registration process. We recommend entering the details of your trust. If you require a purchase order (P.O.) number to be added to the paid invoice, please send the P.O. number to registration@bsirmeeting.org once the initial payment has been made.
If you wish to request an open invoice to pass on to your Trust, please be aware that this must be paid by the start of the event. If the registration is not paid by the event start, then payment must be made onsite or no badge can be provided.

Registration fees are to be paid in GBP (£) by:

Cancellation of conference registration
BSIR will not refund any registration fees in case of cancellation of the registration or change of registration category by the participant.
Name changes
Name changes will be handled as cancellation and new registration.
